Summary

Video allows us to tell the story of the impact of an injury on our clients’ quality of life much more vividly than cold words on a sheet of paper. Written demands are as outdated as the typewriter in the practice of law. Learn how to use video and media assets to prepare video documentary demands in big and small cases. See the power of present tense storytelling and the effective use of various media assets. Discover how to obtain media or create the videos and how to use them to the plaintiff’s advantage in demands, mediations, and trial. Rocky McElhaney will discuss the impact on settlement values and the technology needed to change the trajectory of your case values. Insurance decision-makers will be more willing to reach an amicable resolution once you have given them a glimpse of what the trial will look like.
