Summary

Litigating cases can be very stressful for clients as it is foreign territory for them. However, this stress is magnified for a brain-injured client. It takes a lot of work to prepare your brain injured client and their family for litigation. This program will cover all of the areas for preparing your TBI client for what happens the moment their lawsuit is filed, helping their family understand why they are vital to the success of the lawsuit, and how to provide a safe circle of communication for the anxiety, frustration, and stress which litigation can cause.
