Summary

Each of us builds our sense of right and wrong based on our own ideological point-of-view. Which means we have a hard time understanding how jurors with a different point-of-view than our own come to a different conclusion about a “just” outcome. This session will show how you can apply Moral Foundation Theory to the development of your case in order to better understand and communicate with jurors across the ideological spectrum.
