The "PI 101" series will include "I signed up the case, now what?"; "I filed the case, now what?" and finally, "trial is next month, now what?" Whether you are a brand new attorney or experienced practitioner we will provide practical hands-on tips on all phases of working up your personal injury cases that you can apply in practice tomorrow.
Session 2: "I filed the case, now what?" In this session, we'll walk you through the steps of working up your case toward trial. The foundation for every great multi-million dollar verdict is often laid in the early stages of the litigation process. We'll provide effective tips in working up your case and managing your clients' injuries all with an eye towards trial.
