When faced with objection roadblocks from defense counsel during depositions, the key to effectively handling them is to understand the interplay among relevant rules of procedure and evidence. Learn to recognize when opposing counsel isn’t playing by the rules and what to do about it. Sach Oliver practices exclusively in catastrophic injury and death cases and is a frequent speaker for AAJ and state trial lawyer associations. Mark Kosieradzki is recognized as an authority on deposition technique, strategy and law. His 40-year career includes a landmark civil rights case that resulted in application of section 1983 protections to detainees and work on sexual abuse featured in a CNN series on Rape in Nursing Homes.
