Summary

Brain Injury Damages can be difficult to explain and prove. In this webinar, Dan Chamberlain, Past Chair of the Brain Injury Association of America, and Dr. Polly Westcott, a Neuropsychologist, will discuss the consensus definition of a TBI, evidence to dispute the defense experts conclusions, and how to prove the damages for your brain injury case.
