Summary

In this CLE, hear from the speakers on how they select, reject and initiate medical malpractice cases. They will cover what they look for in a case, initial investigation, statute of limitations cost control and document control. They will provide sample 364 letters, sample rejection letters, sample complaints and discovery request.
