Summary

In this webinar, we'll explore the art of using hypotheticals, analogies and metaphors to move juries toward action. We'll cover basic ideas and concepts behind this powerful form of communication. The presentation will also look at examples from several landmark trials. It will show how to build a good foundation for a winning metaphor, starting at voir dire and ending at your closing argument. And, of course, we'll talk about how to avoid violating the "Golden Rule" limitation.
