Summary

Proving the existence and significance of a traumatic brain injury to the trier of fact in a court of law always involves a whole host of challenges, including proving the injury to the brain has in fact occurred, that its implications are serious and that it is the main reason for your client’s impairment. This webinar will provide plaintiffs’ counsel with what you need to know to identify, and ultimately prove, the existence and significance of a traumatic brain injury. But even more important, it will arm you with the information, resources and winning strategies you need to address and refute the defence’s efforts to deny and minimize the existence and impact of your client’s traumatic brain injury.
