Summary

Whether you practice in a state that has special laws limiting the available damages in cases of medical negligence or whether you practice in a state that contains no such limits, identifying and persuasively proving recoverable items of economic harm is crucial. In this webinar, Mr. Chivinski will detail a step-by-step approach to maximizing your client's recoverable damages in a medical negligence case through: 1) diligent vetting of the potential case, 2) evaluating the applicable statutory scheme and exceptions, 3) retention of the appropriate damages experts and, 4) advocating for a maximum recovery at trial.
