Summary

Every trial lawyer knows it-a case can be won or lost on the cross of your opponent's expert. Most attorneys have the skills for a basic cross-examination, but this program provides an additional framework for effective cross-examination of expert witnesses at both deposition and trial. It focuses on the groundwork, discipline and persistence necessary to prepare for a discovery deposition and suggests some methods to most effectively structure cross-examination at trial.
